BLEND: 90% Grenache - 5% Mourvedre - 5% Syrah

GRAPES: Amador County - Morse Vineyard

Aging: American Oak - 40% new - 60% neutral 

Tasting Notes: This wine opens with a savory, smoky nose, stewed strawberries and freshly dried Herbs de Provence. Decanting reveals warm cinnamon and brown sugar notes. On the Palate -  a touch of minerality, bright acidity, berry compote, and a slightly chalky, soft mouth feel. Pair this wine with lamb, winter chicories, and hearty stews.
