2019 Rancho Victoria Jack’s Reserve
This wine is savory in all the best ways. Sure, there are some nice black fruits in this wine, but how about grilled shishito pepper, espresso beans, leather, and a little underbrush? Now we’re talking. More savory wines tend to pair incredibly well with food. The higher tannins here are practically begging for filet mignon, or a nice wild mushroom red wine risotto.
Jack's Reserve is a Club Member Exclusive wine. With only 84 cases produced, this best of class winning wine consists of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petite Verdot.
